Join our new exciting circuit training session that will improve your fitness fast! This session will show great results in a short amount of time. It will focus on strength, muscle endurance, cardiovascular fitness and flexibility. Whilst exploring a variety of exercises to keep the sessions enjoyable and beneficial, these sessions will help develop mental fitness, social fitness and physical fitness. The session will be running every Monday from 18:00-18:45, starting from the 8th September. This specialised training is open to anyone above the age of 14. It is a fantastic way to improve your energy levels as well as overall fitness, so come along and give it a go. We look forward to meeting you.

No need to book just come along and join in. The sessions is only £3.60 per person. It is also soon to be included in our brand new GOLD membership which will be launched on the 1st December. If you would like any more information about this membership please ask any member of staff.
