Camelford Leisure Centre is very proud to see three staff members leave the centre to pursue formal academic qualifications in their respective fields.

Hannah Wildgoose will leave the centre in August as a full time member of staff and commit to her 2nd year studying for a Bsc (Hons) in Sports Therapy. Since working at the centre Hannah has qualified as a Lifeguard and a swim teacher.

Jordan Pearce will leave the centre in August as a full time member of staff to study for a degree in Strength & Conditioning, but will remain as a casual staff member returning in the holidays. Since working at the centre Jordan has qualified as a Lifeguard and a Gym Instructor.

Ben Attfield will leave the centre in August as a full time member of staff to study for a degree in Strength & Conditioning, but will remain as a swim teacher during the weekends. Since working at the centre Ben has qualified as a Gym Instructor, Swim Teacher and a Lifeguard.

All three members of staff started working at the centre on a voluntary basis and worked their way up into being full time, trained professionals in the leisure sector. Camelford Leisure Centre wish them all the very best in their pursuit of academic success.
