Swimming Pool
Our 20-metre heated indoor swimming pool has 4 lanes. We cater for all ages and abilities, the pools also host our Swim School and Adult Lessons.
Swimming is low impact and a great way to exercise and de-stress. Whether you want to improve your technique, get fit, meet new friends, or just have some fun as a family, you’re sure to find a pool session that you’ll love.
Swimming Lessons
The benefits of swimming for children are well-documented, so it is a good idea to ensure your child is comfortable and confident in the water from an early age.
Fitness Suite
Our fitness suite offers a large range of free weights and functional fitness equipment. We constantly strive to improve on what’s already there, so please do let us know what else you would like to see in our gym.
Our fully qualified and friendly Fitness Instructors are on hand to help you meet your fitness goals from your initial gym induction to creating bespoke fitness plans. It’s never too late to start strengthening your muscles and lifting weights and we are here to help you every step of the way.
We can also offer personal training for those who are new to gyms or want an extra push to reach their fitness goals.
Fitness Classes
We offer a great range of fitness classes each week held in our studio, swimming pool or sports hall. To find the perfect one for you, browse our different range of classes. Variety is the spice of life, so rest assured that we are planning to increase our range of classes further and also to offer more of them at pre-work and post-work time slots too.
Sports Hall
We have a multi-purpose sports hall that can accommodate all manner of sports from badminton to basketball, tennis to volleyball, and more.
Whether you’re a complete beginner and in need of lessons, a regular player just looking to hire a court, or if you want to take your sport to the next level by joining a local club, our sports hall and multi-purpose courts can accommodate you.
Don’t have the gear? Never fear, we have a limited selection of equipment that can be borrowed from reception.
Venue Hire
If you want to hire the sports hall or swimming pool for a kid’s birthday party, a corporate event, a team-building exercise or if you are passionate about setting up and running your own sports club – then we want to hear from you!
Without our community we are nothing, and the more people that use the centre, the more chance we have of succeeding.
